摘  要:针对目前特种车辆因附带油箱多而油量检测传感器少的结构,而存在感知不精确、测量不实时的问题,采用超声传感、北斗卫星导航系统(BDS)、无线通信与单片机控制等技术,在不破坏现有装备结构的情况下,开发了特种车辆非接触式油耗实时监测与定位系统。系统通过设置多个超声油位传感器,准确检测各油箱剩余油量;运用北斗定位模块,实现定位系统的完全自主化;通过专用无线传输模块和专网节点的设置,确保数据传输的安全性和保密性;自主开发远程监控中心,使整个监测系统具有独立性、便捷性、针对性和实用性。样机在四种不同路况下进行了测试试验,在路况较好的高速公路上油量检测误差率为3.92%,测得的油耗值与厂家标称值相近。试验数据分析表明:该监测系统设计合理,油耗检测算法正确、可靠,能够实现对特种车辆的油耗实时检测与定位。In view of the problem that the fuel consumption measurement is inaccurate and not real-time for the special vehicles with more fuel tanks and less fuel detection sensors,the non-contact real-time fuel consumption monitoring and positioning system has been developed with the technologies of ultrasonic sensing,BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS),wireless communication and single-chip computer;especially,the monitoring system has not destroyed the existing equipment structure.In order to detect the remaining fuel of each tank accurately,multiple ultrasonic fuel level sensors are setup in the system.The complete autonomy of the positioning system is realized by adopting Beidou module.The data of fuel consumption and positioning are transmitted securely and confidentially by setting up the dedicated wireless transmission module and private network node.The monitoring system is independent,convenient,pertinent and practicable by developing the remote monitoring center.The prototype is tested in four different road conditions.The error rate of fuel detection on a highway with good conditions is 3.92%,and the measured fuel consumption value is close to the manufacturer s nominal value.The analysis of experimental data shows that the design of the detection system is reasonable and the fuel consumption detection algorithm is correct and reliable,the real-time fuel consumption detection and positioning for the special vehicles can be realized.
