摘 要:针对复杂电缆装配,局促区域电缆装配,高压、刚度大电缆的装配,以及下厂装配模式等存在于通信卫星电缆数字化装配验证的4个方面主要问题。文章提出面向装配与验证设计(Design For Assembly and Verification,DFAV)的电缆网数字化研制方法,将装配、验证工作提前,开展协同设计工作。该方法包括四个部分,针对复杂电缆设计装配工作,提出电缆设计后即开展验证工作的方法,从源头优化电缆设计,从而简化电缆;针对局促区域电缆装配问题,采用电气化的电缆来进行电缆仿真;针对高压、刚度大电缆提出基于设计要素的电缆设计来解决此类电缆的装配;针对下厂装配模式问题,明确表达方式,优化下厂模型。通过对该方法进行验证,结果表明:此方法适用于卫星电缆数字化研制,可提升通信卫星面向生产装配的设计能力,设计验证效率提升60%以上,软件设计正确率为100%,输出效率提高90%以上,可推广使用。There are four main problem in digital assembly verification of communication satellite cables,such as complex cable assembly,constrained regional cable assembly,high-voltage rigidity special cable assembly,and assembly mode for manufacturing.This paper puts forward a method of cable digital design for assembly and verification(DFAV).The method is to carry out parallel collaboration between assembly and verification work in advance.This method consists of four parts.Firstly,the method of cable design verification is put forward simultaneously for complex cable,it can optimize cable design from source,the aim is to simplify cable.It uses electrified cables to simulate for the constrained regional cable assembly problem.This paper brings forward the method which based on design elements for special high-voltage and high stiffness cable,it assist cable design assembly.Then,Aiming at the problem of assembly mode in the factory,this paper makes clear the expression and optimize the model for going to the factory.By the practice,it is proved that the method can be suitable for digital development of satellite and improve design ability for assembly.The soft accuracy is 100%.The output efficient is improved substantially.
