摘 要:目的:通过对藤三七珠芽药材进行清蒸、酒蒸,并测定总黄酮含量,为充分利用藤三七珠芽而作出科学参考。方法:以芦丁为标准品,采用紫外分光光度法建立标准曲线Y=9.813X+0.028 7,测定并比较清蒸、酒蒸以及生品藤三七中总黄酮含量,得出藤三七珠芽的最佳使用方法。结果:其总黄酮测定芦丁浓度在0.017 74~0.070 98 mg/mL时,吸光度A在0.2~0.8之间,测得生品藤三七珠芽总黄酮含量为3.99%,蒸制品含量为2.25%,酒蒸含量为2.55%。结论:本研究建立的测定总黄酮的方法专属性强,适用于藤三七珠芽的总黄酮质量测定。生品的总黄酮含量最高,其次是酒蒸,蒸制含量最低。Objective:To determine the content of total flavonoids in the buds of Anredera cordifolia(Tenore)van steen by steaming and wine steaming,so as to provide scientific reference for making full use of Anredera cordifolia(Tenore)van steen.Methods:The standard curve Y=9.813X+0.028 7 was established by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry with rutin as standard substance.The contents of total flavonoids in steamed and raw Anredera cordifolia(Tenore)van steen were determined and compared to obtain the optimal application of Anredera cordifolia(Tenore)van steen.Results:When rutin concentration was 0.017 74-0.0709 8 mg/mL,absorbance A was between 0.2-0.8.The total flavonoids content of Anredera cordifolia(Tenore)van steen was 3.99%,steamed product was 2.25%,and steamed wine was 2.55%.Conclusion:The established method for the determination of total flavonoids is specific and suitable for the quality determination of total flavonoids in the buds of Anredera cordifolia(Tenore)van steen.The content of total flavonoids in raw products is the highest,followed by steaming with wine,and the content of steaming is the lowest.
