鬼灯笼提取物的体外抑菌实验

摘　　要：目的:研究鬼灯笼水和70%乙醇提取物的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用纸片扩散法完成鬼灯笼的水和70%乙醇提取物体外最低抑菌实验、最低杀菌实验。结果:鬼灯笼水提物对金黄色葡球耐药菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌、无乳链球菌和化脓性链球菌抑菌作用较弱;70%乙醇提取物对金黄色葡球耐药菌、铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌和无乳链球菌抑菌作用较弱,但对化脓性链球菌有一定的抑制作用;鬼灯笼的水和70%乙醇提取物都对金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌具有显著的抑制作用。结论:鬼灯笼的水和70%乙醇提取物具有显著的抗金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌作用。Objective:To study the bacteriostasis in vitro of water and 70%ethanol extracts from Clerodendrum fortunatum L..Methods:The MIC in vitro and MBC in vitro of water and 70%ethanol extracts from Clerodendrum fortunatum L.were completed by K-B paper disk diffusion.Results:The water extract of Clerodendrum fortunatum L.had weak bacteriostasis effect on drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus,pseudomonas aeruginosa,escherichia coli,salmonella typhi,enterococcus faecalis,enterococcus faecium,streptococcus agalactiae and pyogenic streptococcus;the 70%ethanol extract had similar bacteriostasis effect to that of water extract,but it has positive bacteriostasis effect on pyogenic streptococcus.The water extract and 70%ethanol extract have significant effect on staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus epidermidis.Conclusion:The water extract and 70%ethanol extract from Clerodendrum fortunatum L.have significant effect on staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus epidermidis.
