摘　　要：目的:研究短瓣金莲花化学成分与抑菌活性相关性,进一步确定短瓣金莲花能否替代金莲花成为一种安全、有效的临床新药源。方法:以头孢氨苄作阳性对照,考察了短瓣金莲花及金莲花70%乙醇提取物的不同洗脱部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、沙门氏菌和志贺氏痢疾杆菌的抑菌活性,并以金莲花片为阳性对照,考察短瓣金莲花及金莲花70%乙醇提取物对感染金黄色葡萄球菌小鼠的保护作用。结果:短瓣金莲花与金莲花总提物及其不同洗脱部位对实验菌株均有不同程度抑制作用,尤以70%总提物抑菌效果最好。且短瓣金莲花及金莲花70%乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠具有一定的保护作用(P<0.05)。结论:金莲花与短瓣金莲花的抗菌活性相当,且金莲花属植物抗菌活性可能与其总黄酮类成分中各单体协同抑菌作用有关。Objective:To study the correlation between the chemical composition and antibacterial activity of Trollius ledebouri Reichb.,thus to determine whether Trollius ledebouri Reichb.can replace Trollius chinensis Bunge as a kind of effective and safe herb resource.Methods:Cefalexin was taken as the positive control,the antibacterial activity of different elution parts of 70%ethanol extracts of Trollius ledebouri Reichb.and Trollius chinensis Bunge was observed on S.aureus,E.coli,P.aeruginosa,salmonella and Sh.Dysenteriae.Also,Trollius chinensis Bunge was taken as the positive control,the protection effect of 70%ethanol extracts of Trollius ledebouri Reichb.and Trollius chinensis Bunge was observed on the mice infected with S.aureus.Results:It showed that the total extracts and 70%ethanol extracts of Trollius ledebouri Reichb.and Trollius chinensis Bunge had different degree of inhibition effects on the experimental strains;of which 70%ethanol extracts had the most significant effect.Also,70%ethanol extracts had protective effect on mice infected with S.aureus(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trollius chinensis Bunge and Trollius ledebouri Reichb.have similar antibacterial activity,which may be related to a synergistic effect of the components of general flavone.
