摘  要:目的:基于代谢性炎症探讨解毒化浊法改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的作用。方法:通过分析代谢性炎症与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗、浊毒与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗及解毒化浊法抑制代谢性炎症、改善胰岛素抵抗的相关古今文献,对解毒化浊法通过抑制代谢性炎症反应进而改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的观点进行评析。结果:文献研究表明,代谢性炎症反应在2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的发生发展中起着关键作用,2型糖尿病实质是慢性炎症反应性疾病;浊毒与2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗发生发展密切相关,解毒化浊法可改善胰岛素抵抗,对2型糖尿病的治疗是有效的;解毒化浊法可抑制代谢性炎症反应,其改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的作用与抑制代谢性炎症反应有关。结论:解毒化浊法可通过抑制代谢性炎症反应从而改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗,可能是解毒化浊法改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的重要机制。Objective:To investigate the effect of detoxification and turbidification on insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus based on metabolic inflammation.Methods:By analyzing the ancient and modern literature on metabolic inflammation and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus,turbidity toxin and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus,and the method of detoxifying and removing turbidity to inhibit metabolic inflammation and improve insulin resistance,the viewpoint of detoxification and turbidity method to improve insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus by inhibiting metabolic inflammation.Results:Literature studies showed that metabolic inflammatory reaction played a key role in the occurrence and development of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Type 2 diabetes mellitus was essentially a chronic inflammatory disease.Turbidity toxicity was closely related to the occurrence and development of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Detoxification and turbidification could improve insulin resistance,which was effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:Detoxification and turbidification can improve insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus by inhibiting metabolic inflammatory reaction,which may be an important mechanism for improving insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
