摘 要:桔梗是一味临床常用中药,历来常将“苦”味列在其药性之首。世人谓其“苦泄”,实乃根源于辛散宣肺之性,是宣肺作用的延伸。而其祛痰、利咽、排脓之功也均是以宣肺为前提和基础发挥作用的。桔梗的辛散宣肺之性可谓是贯穿其临床治证的始终,其所治之证无一不体现这一特性。究其根本,桔梗药性应以“辛”味为主。Platycodon grandiflorum is a commonly used Chinese medicinal in clinic.It has always been described as bitter in taste in terms of its medicinal properties.The physicians believe that it has the action of bitter discharge,which is actually rooted in Xinsan Xuanfei,which means the nature of acrid dissipating and actions of ventilating Lung.Its functions of expectorant,pharyngeal and purulent are also based on the premise and foundation of Xuanfei.The nature of Xinsan Xuanfei of Platycodon grandiflorum runs through its clinical treatment of symptoms and signs,all of which reflect this characteristic.Fundamentally,the medicinal properties of Platycodon grandiflorum should mainly be acrid flavor.
