桂香温经止痛胶囊治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察桂香温经止痛胶囊治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的70例寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症痛经患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。治疗组采用桂香温经止痛胶囊治疗,对照组给予米非司酮治疗,疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后痛经积分,并在停药3个月后进行疗效判定。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.28%(33/35),对照组为77.14%(27/35),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组痛经积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂香温经止痛胶囊改善寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者痛经的效果显著,具有积极的临床意义。Objective:To investigate clinical effect of Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Capsule in treating endometriosis-induced dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with endometriosis-induced dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood stasis were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=35)and the control group(n=35).The treatment group was treated with Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Capsule,and the control group was treated with Mifepristone.The course of the treatment was three months for both groups.Dysmenorrhea scores were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups,and the efficacy was assessed after three months of medication.Results:The total effective rate was 94.28%(33/35)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 77.14%(27/35)in the control group(P<0.05).There were statistical differences in dysmenorrhea scores before and after the treatment in each group,the differences can also be seen between the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guixiang Wenjing Zhitong Capsule has significant clinical effect on improving endometriosis-induced dysmenorrhea caused by cold coagulation and blood.
