化痰活血消痤丸联合火针治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化痰活血消痤丸联合火针治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的80例囊肿型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组用化痰活血消痤丸联合火针治疗,对照组用丹参酮胶囊联合火针治疗,4周为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效,并以肿痛缓解时间和皮损消退时间进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组的总有效率为87.5%(35/40),对照组的总有效率为67.5%(27/40),两组总有效率比较有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。治疗组肿痛缓解时间和皮损消退时间明显短于对照组,且差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰活血消痤丸联合火针治疗囊肿型痤疮的临床疗效确切,且安全可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huatan Huoxue Xiaocuo Pill combined with fire needling in the treatment of cystic acne.Methods:80 patients with cystic acne were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Huatan Huoxue Xiaocuo Pill combined with fire needling,and the control group was treated with Tanshinone Capsule combined with fire needling.After four weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy was observed in the two groups,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated by the onset time of swelling relief and pain relief,and by the onset time of skin lesion regression.Results:The total effective rate was 87.5%(35/40)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 67.5%(27/40)in the control group(P<0.05).The onset time of swelling relief and pain relief,as well as the time of skin lesion regression was obviously earlier in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Huatan Huoxue Xiaocuo Pill combined with fire needling is safe and effective in treating cystic acne.
