中医分期辨治挫伤性前房积血临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医分期辨治挫伤性前房积血的效果。方法:80例随机分为两组,对照组用常规西医治疗,观察组用中医分期辨治。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后积血量评分观察组低于对照组,积血量分级≤Ⅰ级率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医分期辨治挫伤性前房积血的疗效较好,能促进前房内积血早期吸收,改善预后,降低手术几率。Objective:To observe the effect of TCM differential diagnosis and treatment by stages in the treatment of traumatic hyphema.Method:80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine while the observation group were treated with TCM differential diagnosis and treatment by stages.Result:The effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood volume score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment and the rate of blood count≤I in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM differential diagnosis and treatment by stages is effective in the treatment of traumatic hyphema.It can promote the early absorption of blood in the anterior chamber,improve the prognosis and reduce the probability of surgery.
