理筋正骨推拿法治疗颈源性头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察理筋正骨推拿法治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组口服正天丸治疗,观察组用理筋正骨推拿法治疗,15天为一疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗后头痛VAS评分观察组(2.07±0.52)分、对照组(4.51±1.47)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组94%、对照组80%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理筋正骨推拿法对颈源性头痛有较好临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on cervicogenic headache treated with tendon-regulating and bone-setting massage therapy.Method:100 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Zhengtian Pills orally while the observation group were treated with tendonregulating and bone-setting massage,15 days as one course of treatment.After 2 courses,the curative effect was evaluated.Result:After treatment,the VAS score was(2.07±0.52)in the observation group while that was(4.51±1.47)in the control group.The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 94%in the observation group while that was 80%in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tendon-regulating and bone-setting massage has a good clinical effect on cervicogenic headache.
