化工园区危险废物管理中的问题与解决对策

摘　　要：化工园区企业的行业特征决定了园区内危险废物具有产生量大及毒害性强等特性,并且现行的危险废物管理多为粗犷式管理,存在很多安全隐患。针对目前化工园区危险废物特点与管理中的瑕疵,提出制定分类分级标准,把园区内危险废物分成严格管控类、常规管理类和豁免管理类,实施精细化管理防范风险,最大程度上防范风险,减少或杜绝爆炸案件的发生。The industrial characteristic of chemical industry park enterprises indicates that hazardous waste in the park has the characteristics of large production capacity and strong toxicity.However,most of the current hazardous waste management belongs to rough management,which has many potential safety hazards.In view of the characteristics of hazardous wastes in chemical industry park and the defects in the management at present,the paper puts forward the classification standard.Hazardous wastes in chemical industry park are classified into three categories of strict control,conventional management and exemption management.Delicacy management is implemented to prevent risks to the greatest extent,and reduce and eliminate the occurrence of explosion cases.
