互联网+成分献血招募与预约的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的讨论研究互联网+模式应用于招募与预约成分献血者的效果与积极意义。方法将2016—2018年应用微信群、微信公众号、短信平台等方式进行招募与预约的数据与同时段进行面对面宣传招募、电话招募及同伴招募获得的数据进行对比并探讨应用互联网+模式招募与预约成分献血者的效果。结果随着时间的推移及互联网的推广普及,应用互联网+模式进行招募及预约的人数较往年显著增多且比例进一步提高,而传统模式超募及预约人数逐年减少,比例降低。结论应用互联网+模式对成分献血者进行招募与预约可显著增加献血者人数并提高招募与预约献血效率,通过互联网平台可更好地发挥成分献血的宣传力度并通过不断提高服务能力与服务质量,优化服务流程,更好地为献血者提供个性化无偿献血服务。Objective To discuss the effect and positive significance of Internet+mode application in recruitment and appointment of blood donors.Methods The data of recruitment and appointments,such as WeChat group,WeChat public account,and SMS platform,from 2016 to 2018,were compared with the data obtained through face-to-face publicity recruitment,telephone recruitment and peer recruitment at the same time,and the effect of the application of Internet+mode recruitment between a blood donor with an appointment component was discussed.Results With the passage of time and the popularization of the Internet,the number of people recruiting and making appointments using the Internet+model has increased significantly and the proportion has increased further.The traditional model over-raising and the number of appointments have decreased year by year,and the proportion has decreased.Conclusion The application of Internet+mode to recruitment and appointment of blood donors can significantly increase the number of blood donors and improve the efficiency of recruitment and blood donation.Through the Internet platform,the publicity of blood donation can be better promoted and the service capacity and service quality can be improved continuously,optimize the service process to better provide personalized blood donation services for blood donors.
