针对性护理在妇产科手术泌尿道损伤护理中的应用效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性护理在妇产科手术泌尿道损伤护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2017年2月—2018年2月该院妇产科手术泌尿道损伤患者72例,随机分为两组:一组常规性护理组(36例),一组常规性护理基础上针对性护理组(36例),统计分析两组患者的术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度、生活质量。结果针对性护理组患者的术后并发症发生率2.8%(1/36)显著低于常规性护理组19.4%(7/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.45,P<0.05),护理满意度97.2%(35/36)显著高于常规性护理组68.4%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=16.01,P<0.05),躯体疼痛、生理职能、生理功能、社会功能评分均显著高于常规性护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在妇产科手术泌尿道损伤护理中的应用效果好。Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of urinary tract injury in obstetrics and gynecology surgery.Methods A total of 72 patients with urinary tract injury from obstetrics and gynecology in the hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups:a group of routine nursing group(36 cases).targeted nursing care group(36 cases),statistical analysis of postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life in the two groups.Results The postoperative complication rate of patients in the targeted nursing group was 2.8%(1/36)significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group 19.4%(7/36),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=14.450,P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction was 97.2%(35/36)was significantly higher than the conventional care group 68.4%(26/36),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=16.010,P<0.05),somatic pain,physiological function,physiological function,social function score were significantly higher than the conventional nursing group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the nursing of urinary tract injury in obstetrics and gynecology surgery is good.
