摘  要:天然工质R290是现今备受关注的房间空调器替代工质之一,但其润滑油的选择尚未统一。应用于R22的矿物油与R290有良好的互溶性,但选用矿物油作为R290压缩机润滑油时,油池中溶解的制冷剂过多,导致润滑油工作黏度不足,并增加系统所需充注量,因此需要更大的粘度等级。PAG合成油与R290部分互溶,其互溶程度可以通过改变PAG的分子结构调整。目前,部分R290房间空调器选用了互溶性较差的PAG油。本文针对R290房间空调器的润滑油选择问题,对以往工质替代过程(HFC替代R12、R22,R32替代R410A)中有关制冷剂/润滑油较差的互溶性对空调器性能影响的研究进行了综述,并对R290系统应用互溶性较差的润滑油进行了评价。Propane is one of the most concerned alternative refrigerants for room air conditioners,but the choice of its lubricant oil has not yet been unified.Mineral oil(MO)is miscible with R290,but when it is used as lubricant oil for R290 compressor,excessive refrigerant is dissolved in the oil tank,the working viscosity is insufficient,and the charge for the system is increased.Therefore,a greater viscosity grade is needed.Polyalkylene glycol(PAG)is partially miscible with R290,and the miscibility can be adjusted by changing the molecular structure of PAG.At present,some PAG oils with poor miscibility are used in R290 room air conditioners.In this paper,the research on the influence of refrigerant/lubricant pairs’poor miscibility on the performance of refrigeration system in the previous refrigerant replacement process(R12,R22 shifted to HFC and R410A shifted to R32)is reviewed,and the application of the poorly miscible lubricant oil in the propane system is evaluated.
