摘 要:复合材料横担凭借其耐污性、耐雷性优良、重量轻、便于安装等优点,在架空输电线路中具有大规模应用的潜力。为了深入研究复合横担绝缘子的外绝缘特性,实现在750 kV交流输电线路上改造应用的目标,采用750 kV复合横担真型塔头试品,通过模拟系统操作过电压和雷电过电压对试品进行塔头冲击电压试验,同时在大型环境气候试验室开展了全尺寸复合横担绝缘子人工污秽工频电压试验。试验结果表明该复合横担塔头绝缘强度可以满足我国西北地区海拔1 500 m条件下的750 kV交流输电线路运行要求。Composite cross-arm has the potential of being used very frequently in overhead transmission lines due to its high antipollution behavior and lightning withstand performance,light weight and easy installation.In order to get into the external insulation characteristic of composite cross-arm insulator and achieve the goal of the transformation and application to 750 kV AC transmission line,this paper performs impulse voltage testing on a sample with the real size of 750 kV composite cross-arm tower head by simulating the switching overvoltage and lightning overvoltage,while artificial pollution power frequency voltage testing is performed on the fullsize sample of the composite cross-arm insulator in a large laboratory with environmental climate.The testing results show that the insulation strength of the composite cross-arm tower head can meet the operation requirements of 750 kV AC transmission line under the condition of 1 500 m above sea level in Northwest China.
