显微镜下斜视矫正手术治疗共同性斜视患儿的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究显微镜下斜视矫正手术治疗儿童共同性斜视的疗效及安全性。方法选取2015年2月~2018年4月我院共同性斜视患儿131例,按治疗方式分显微镜组(n=66)、常规组(n=65)。常规组采用常规术式治疗,显微镜组采用显微镜下斜视矫正手术治疗。对比两组治愈率、并发症、术前及术后1周平均斜视度、生活质量(QLSCA评分)。结果显微镜组治愈率92.42%(61/66)与常规组89.23%(58/65)对比,无显著差异(P>0.05);术后1周两组平均斜视度均显著改善,且显微镜组共同性外斜平均斜视度、共同性内斜平均斜视度较常规组改善更显著(P<0.05);术后1周显微镜组QLSCA评分较常规组高(P<0.05);显微镜组并发症发生率3.03%(2/66)较常规组13.85%(9/65)低(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下斜视矫正手术治疗儿童共同性斜视并发症少,疗效显著,能进一步改善斜视度,提高生活质量。Objetive To study the efficacy and safety of strabismus surgery in the treatment of children with common strabismus.Methods A total of 131 children with common strabismus in our hospital from February 2015 to April 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into microscope group(n=66)and routine group(n=65)according to the treatment.The conventional group was treated with conventional surgery,and the microscope group was treated with microscopic strabismus surgery.The cure rate,complications,preoperative and postoperative 1-week average strabismus,and quality of life(QLSCA score)were compared.Results The cure rate of the microscope group was 92.42%(61/66)compared with 89.23%(58/65)of the conventional group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).The average strabismus of the two groups was significantly improved after 1 week,and the microscope group shared The average squint and common squint squint were more significant than the conventional group(P<0.05).The QLSCA score of the microscope group was higher than that of the conventional group at 1 week(P<0.05).The complication rate of the microscope group was higher.3.03%(2/66)was lower than the conventional group of 13.85%(9/65)(P<0.05).Conclusion Microsurgical strabismus surgery for children with common strabismus has fewer complications and significant curative effect,which can further improve strabismus and improve quality of life.
