普伐他汀钠联合己酮可可碱治疗2型糖尿病周围血管病变疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察普伐他汀钠联合己酮可可碱对2型糖尿病周围血管病变的临床疗效及对ABI水平的影响。方法将70例2型糖尿病周围血管病变患者随机分为对照组(n=35)和治疗组(n=35)。两组均给予常规饮食控制及运动疗法,并予以口服降糖药和/或胰岛素治疗,血糖控制达标后开始该试验。治疗组在此基础上加用普伐他汀钠及己酮可可碱缓释片。2个月后观察患者临床症状及对ABI水平的影响。结果两组用药后ABI水平均有所恢复,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组。两组用药前后ABI水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗组优于对照组。结论普伐他汀钠联合己酮可可碱对2型糖尿病周围血管病变患者临床症状有明显改善作用,且能够显著提高ABI水平,对防治2型糖尿病周围血管病变的发生发展具有重要意义。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of pravastatin sodium combined with pentoxifylline on peripheral vascular disease of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its effect on ABI level.Methods 70 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and treatment group(n=35).Both groups were given routine diet control and exercise therapy,and were treated with oral hypoglycemic agents and/or insulin.The test was started after the blood glucose control reached the standard.The treatment group was given pravastatin sodium and pentoxifylline sustained-release tablets.The patient's clinical symptoms and effects on ABI levels were observed after 2 months.Results The ABI levels were restored after treatment in both groups.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in ABI levels between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Pravastatin sodium combined with pentoxifylline can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral vasculopathy,and can significantly improve the level of ABI,which is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of vascular lesions around type 2 diabetes.
