摘  要:玉米ZmHM1基因编码HC毒素还原酶,具有玉米圆斑病抗性,目前对该基因的研究大多停留在功能,该基因的序列变异分析鲜有报道。本研究在62份玉米常用自交系中,对该基因进行定点捕获重测序,获得了全长2 889 bp的基因序列,其中包含1 026 bp的启动子区段,核苷酸多态性结果显示,该基因共有144个变异位点,变异类型均为SNP,无Indel位点。根据该基因全长变异位点,划分为44种单倍型。编码区共检测到37个SNP位点,将其划分为25种编码区单倍型,为非同义突变。中性检测结果表明该基因在供试群体中没有受到明显的人工选择信号。The ZmHM1 gene encodes HC toxin reductase and has resistance to maize round spot disease.At present,most of the research of this gene remains in function,and the sequence variation analysis of this gene have rarely been reported.In this study,in 62 maize inbred lines,the gene was captured and re-sequenced,and a full-length 2 889 bp sequence containing a 1 026 bp promoter fragment.The nucleotide polymorphism showed that the gene had 144 variant sites,the variant types were SNPs,and there was no Indel locus.According to the full-length variation site of the gene,it was divided into 44 haplotypes.A total of 37 SNP loci were detected in the coding region,which were divided into 25 coding region haplotypes,which were non-synonymous mutations.The neutral test results showed that the gene was not subjected to obvious artificial selection signals in the test population.
