摘 要:以某跨音速离心叶轮为匹配对象,设计了6种不同稠度的叶片式径向扩压器,采用数值模拟手段研究了稠度对离心压气机级性能和跨音速扩压器内部气流流动影响机理。结果表明:随着稠度降低,级性能整体呈现出先上升后下降的趋势,存在最佳性能点。设计工况的流场分析显示,增大稠度有利于减小低稠度叶片扩压器的通道扩张角,改善分离情况;较低稠度时继续减小稠度则可推迟叶盆处气流分离,同时叶背易分离,并且减小稠度有利于减弱半无叶区和有叶扩压段内的二次流旋涡。然而,稠度减小会引起扩压器叶片尾部稠度过小,导致叶背尾部气流分离,引起扩压器进出口稠度不匹配的问题。Using a certain transonic centrifugal impeller as the matching object,six kinds of blade diffuser with different solidity were designed.The effect of solidity on the performance of the centrifugal compressor and the inner flow mechanism of the transonic radial diffuser were studied by numerical simulation.The results showed that with the decrease of solidity,the performance of centrifugal compressors stage shows a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the best performance points exist.The flow field analysis of the design conditions shows that increasing the solidity make for reducing the channel expansion angle of radial diffuser with small solidity and suppressing flow separation.At a lower solidity,continuing to reduce the solidity can delay the separation of the suction surface,while the blade pressure surface is easy to separate.And reducing the solidity helps to reduce the secondary flow vortices in the semi-vaneless area and the vane area.However,decreasing the solidity causes the solidity at the blade tail too small,leading to the separation of the blade pressure surface at the blade tail,cause mismatch of solidity at the inlet and outlet of the diffuser.
