七氟烷吸入全身麻醉与丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在食管胃底静脉曲张内镜治疗术中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨七氟烷吸入全身麻醉与丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在食管胃底静脉曲张内镜治疗术中的效果。方法:随机选择收治的食管胃底静脉曲张内镜治疗术患者80例做回顾分析,依据其麻醉方式分组,其中40例接受丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉(对照组),另外40例接受七氟烷吸入全身麻醉(研究组),观察比较麻醉效果。结果:研究组拔管时间、苏醒时间低于对照组,Ramsay评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),比较VAS评分,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较各时间点MAP、HR指标,T 0时MAP和HR、T 1、T 3时MAP指标,组间数据无统计学意义(P>0.05),T 1和T 3时HR、T 2时MAP和HR指标,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症(7.50%)虽略低于对照组(10.00%),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:建议临床在制定食管胃底静脉曲张内镜术手术方案时可靠考虑采用七氟烷吸入麻醉,此麻醉方式相对丙泊酚静脉麻醉,术后苏醒速度快、安全、血流动力学稳定,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of general anesthesia and propofol in the treatment of esophageal varicose varicose vein by intravenous anesthesia.Method 80 patients with endoscopic treatment of esophageal varicocele admitted randomly from our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,according to their anesthesia,40 of them received propofol by intravenous anesthesia(control group).Another 40 cases received general anaesthesia by inhalation of sevoflurane(study group)and observed the effect of anaesthesia.Results The extraction time and recovery time of the study group were lower than that of the control group.Ramsay score was higher than that of the control group,and the data between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),comparing the VAS score,the data between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compare MAP and HR indicators at various points in time,MAP and HR at T 0,and MAP indicators at T 1 and T 3.There was no statistical significance in inter-group data(P>0.05),T 1 and T 3 HR,T 2 MAP and HR indicators,inter-group data are statistically significant(P<0.05).7.50%of the complications in the study group were slightly lower than 10.00%in the control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion it is recommended that sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia should be considered reliably in the development of endoscopic endoscopy for esophageal and gastric varicose veins.Compared with propofol intravenous anesthesia,this anesthesia method is fast,safe,hemodynamics is stable,and it is worth promoting.
