PFNA加补阳还五汤加减治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察PFNA治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折的临床效果。方法:选择收诊的40例老年股骨转子周围骨折患者为研究对象,将患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取PFNA手术治疗措施,观察组采取PFNA加中药(补阳还五汤加减)治疗措施,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:对照组患者的治疗总有效率为85.00%,观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=4.500,P=0.033)。观察组患者下床时间为(10.4±3.4)d,对照组下床时间为(17.2±3.1)d,对照组与观察组下床时间比较,观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.241,P=0.022)。结论:采用PFNA加中药治疗老年股骨转子周围骨折,临床效果较好,患者术后康复比较理想,这种治疗方式适合在临床工作中推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of PFNA in the treatment of peritrochanteric fractures of the femur in the elderly.Method 40 patients with peritrochanteric fracture of the femur were selected as the subjects,and the patients were divid-ed into observation group and control group.The control group adopted PFNA surgical treatment measures,and the observation group adopted PFNA+Chinese medicine(addition and subtraction of Buyang Huanwu Decoction)treatment measures to com-pare the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total efficacy of treatment was 85.00%in the control group and 95.00%in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.500,P=0.033).The time of getting out of bed in the observation group was(10.4±3.4)d in the control group and(17.2±3.1)d in the control group.Compared with the observation group,the observation group was superior to the control group and the difference was statistically significant.(χ2=5.241,P=0.022).Conclusion PFNA+Chinese medicine is used to treat the peritrochanteric fracture of the femur in the elder-ly.The clinical effect is good,and the patient’s postoperative rehabilitation is relatively ideal.This treatment method is suitable for promotion in clinical work.
