摘 要:第三代智能变电站在自动化系统设备中引入了冗余后备测控装置,冗余后备测控装置作为按间隔配置的实体测控的后备装置,能够虚拟多个后备测控单元来实现对多台实体测控装置的后备功能。介绍了两者在变电站中的使用场景,分析了当前冗余后备测控装置在虚拟测控投退过程中存在的难点和不足,给出了比较可靠的解决方案,解决了两者之间的配合难题。阐述的方法将使得虚拟测控单元在投退与切换方面能够做到自动操作、无缝切换,让变电站自动化系统更加智能。Redundant backup measurement and control devices were introduced into the automation systems in the third generation smart substations.As a backup device for the main measurement and control device that was configured in each interval,redundant backup measurement and control device could simulate many virtual measurement and control units to realize the backup for multiple main measurement and control devices.The application scenarios of two devices in substations were introduced,and the current difficulties and shortcomings of the backup measurement and control devices in switching process were analyzed.A relatively reliable method that can solve the problem in their coordination and realize automatic and seamless switching between the two devices is introduced,which makes the automation system in substation more intelligent.
