摘 要:睡眠是一个生理过程,是有机体规律的、反复出现的可逆状态,它是生存所必须的一种自动行为和生理功能。睡眠障碍是指患者睡眠时间过少或者睡眠质量下降的表现,临床上可分为入睡困难、早醒和睡眠浅三种类型。据世界卫生组织统计,全球睡眠障碍率27%,而中国睡眠研究会2016年公布的睡眠调查结果显示,中国成年人失眠率高达38.2%,超过3亿中国人有睡眠障碍。本研究主要研究了睡眠障碍的概念及特征表现,分析了睡眠障碍对年轻人身心健康的危害,通过对现代年轻人睡眠情况调查研究分析,提出了睡眠障碍的防治策略,为年轻人的身心健康提供了充分的保障。Sleep is a physiological process,a regular and recurrent reversible state of organisms,it is an automatic behavior and physiological function necessary for survival.Sleep disorder refers to the performance of patients with too little sleep time or decreased sleep quality,it can be divided into three types:difficulty in falling asleep,early awakening and shallow sleep.According to the World Health Organization,the global sleep disability rate is 27%,and the sleep survey released by the China Sleep Research Association in 2016 shows that the insomnia rate of Chinese adults is as high as 38.2%,and more than 300 million Chinese have sleep disorders.This study mainly studies the concept and characteristics of sleep disorders,and analyzes the harm of sleep disorders to young people's physical and mental health,through the investigation and analysis of modern young people's sleep situation,the prevention and treatment strategies of sleep disorders are put forward,which provides sufficient protection for young people's physical and mental health.
