高校外聘教师管理现状及完善对策研究

摘  要:随着教育事业的不断发展,师资力量紧张的问题越来越突出。外聘教师在高校教育工作中发挥着重要的作用,但外聘教师不在高校编制之内,管理难度较大,严重影响了教学效率。本文通过分析高校外聘教师管理现状,并且提出相应的完善对策,以此来帮助高校教学秘书加强外聘教师管理,不断地壮大师资队伍力量,更好地完成教育工作。With the continuous development of education,the problem of shortage of teachers'strength is becoming more and more prominent.External teachers play an important role in the education of colleges and universities,but the external teachers are not included in the establishment of colleges and universities,and the management is difficult,which seriously affects the teaching efficiency.This paper analyzes the current situation of the management of external teachers in colleges and universities,and proposes corresponding improvement measures,in order to help college teaching secretaries strengthen the management of external teachers,and constantly strengthen the strength of the masters and team members to better complete the education work.
