摘　　要：法的本质问题是法理学研究过程中需要讨论的一个基本问题。本文主要通过研究马克思在不同时期发表的著作的方式,试图对其中体现出来的法本质问题进行大致归纳总结。旨在从马克思主义法学的视角对法的本质问题进行大致概括和说明,从而让大家更好的理解马克思主义法本质观的相关观点,进而更好地继承和发展马克思理论中关于法本质观的重要思想。The essence of law is a basic problem that needs to be discussed in the process of jurisprudence research.This paper mainly tries to summarize the essence of the law embodied in Marx's works published in different periods,it aims to generalize and explain the essence of law from the perspective of Marxist jurisprudence,so that everyone can better understand the relevant viewpoints of the essence of Marxist law,and in order to better inherit and develop the important ideas of the essence of law in Marx's theory.
