摘　　要：中小企业的发展关乎国计民生,但中小企业受限于自身发展阶段一直面临着融资难的问题。中小企业集合票据作为资产证券化在中小企业融资领域的一项具有重大意义的尝试,拓宽了中小企业的融资渠道。论文对中小企业集合票据的发展进行梳理和思考,并提出现阶段的发展对策。The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is related to the national economy and people's livelihood.However,small and medium-sized enterprises have been facing the problem of financing limited by their own development stage.As an important attempt of asset securitization in the financing field of small and medium-sized enterprises,the collection notes of small and medium-sized enterprises broaden the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper combs and considers the development of collection notes of small andmedium-sized enterprises,and puts forward the development countermeasures in the emerging stage。
