摘　　要：FMEA(失效模式与影响分析)是一种可靠性设计的重要方法。本文基于项目风险管理方法和失效模式及结果分析的基础上,把FMEA分析方法应用到门窗五金产品开发项目的风险管理上,并在实际工作中获得了较好的成效。采用FMEA的风险评价方法和技术,并依据项目管理本身的特点和要求,总结出适用于项目风险管理的FMEA的评价方法,因而建立起基于FMEA的产品项目风险管理模式。通过在门窗五金件新产品研制项目上的应用,从而有效地预防和降低了研发项目中的各类风险,提高产品研制项目的成功率,为企业增加了效益。FMEA(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)is an important method of reliability design.Based on the project risk management and failure mode and result analysis,this article applies FMEA analysis to the risk management of door and window hardware product development project,and achieves good results.Establishing a risk management model for product project,this is based on the FMEA method and the characteristics of project management.Through the application of door and window hardware new product development project,it can effectively prevent and reduce various risks in R&D projects,improve the success rate and the benefits for enterprises.
