摘 要:红松是我国重要的经济树种,近年来由于长白山地区红松病虫害的发生较为严重,因而抗虫树种的选育显得尤为重要。该研究对长白山地区露水河镇红松种子园中4个小区的红松针叶挥发物进行了气味采集分析,结果显示,在4个小区共采集到17种共有的挥发物成分,但含量有所不同。通过对红松针叶挥发物的分析,结合化合物的本身抗虫特性,为红松抗虫品种的选育提供了新的思路。Pinus koraiensis is an important economic tree species in China.In recent years,it has been found that the red pine pests and diseases in Changbai Mountain area are more serious,and the breeding of insect-resistant tree species is particularly important.In this study,the odor collection and analysis of the volatiles of Pinus koraiensis nee dles in four communities in the Hongsong Seed Garden of Lushuihe Town,Changbai Mountain area were carried out.The results showed that 17 common volatile components were collected in 4 plots,but the contents were different.This study provides a new idea for the breeding of Pinus koraiensis insect-resistant varieties by analyzing the vola tiles of Pinus koraiensis needles and combining the insect resistance characteristics of the compounds themselves.
