摘  要:以豇豆种子为试验材料,利用不同浓度的硫酸铜处理豇豆种子,在温度30℃、相对湿度90%的恒温恒湿培养箱里培养萌发,测定种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势、相对离子渗透率、丙二醛含量和过氧化物酶活性。结果表明:豇豆种子对铜胁迫有一定的耐受性,硫酸铜浓度在700mg/L时,种子发芽率受到极显著抑制;在100mg/L时,种子发芽指数受到极显著抑制;在400mg/L时,种子发芽势受到极显著抑制。硫酸铜浓度越高,对细胞相对离子渗透率的影响越大;MDA含量越高,对细胞的伤害越大。在硫酸铜浓度<100mg/L时,过氧化物酶活性逐渐上升;在硫酸铜浓度>400mg/L时,过氧化物酶活性随着萌发时间先上升后下降。In this experiment,cowflower seeds were used as the experimental materials,and the cowpea seeds were treated with different concentrations of copper sulfate.The seeds were germinated for 7 days in an incubator at a con stant temperature of 30℃and 90%humidity.The relative ion permeability,malondialdehyde content,and peroxidase activity of the seeds were then measured at 1,3,5,and 7d.The minimum concentration of germination,the germina tion index and the germination potential of the cowpea seeds were 700mg/L,100mg/L and 400 mg/L,respectively.The content of malondialdehyde decreased with the increase in the number of days during which the seeds were ger minated.The relative ion permeability increased as the concentration reached its peak,earlier,and then decreased.The activity of peroxidase also increased with the increase in the concentration and increased in parallel with the in crease in the germination date.
