摘　　要：目的调查了解人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者及艾滋病(获得性免疫缺陷综合征,AIDS)患者合并其他传染病情况,为开展AIDS等传染病预防控制提供科学依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统和AIDS防治基本信息系统查询截至2017年底现住址为盐城市盐都区的HIV/AIDS患者其他传染病报告情况,并对结果进行分析。结果183例HIV/AIDS患者共网络报告4种其他传染病25例,报告感染率13.66%,其中梅毒17例(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期和隐性梅毒分别有1、11、1例和4例),肺结核4例(菌阴和涂阳各2例),丙型肝炎1例,尖锐湿疣3例。肺结核报告患者均为AIDS患者。结论盐城市盐都区HIV/AIDS患者合并其他传染病比例较高,应高度重视HIV/AIDS患者合并结核、丙型肝炎的早期发现和规范诊治,加强AIDS性病综合干预。Objective To investigate the incidence of other infectious diseases in human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immune deficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS)patients,in order to provide some references for preventing and controlling infectious diseases such as AIDS scientifically.Methods To search the report of other infectious diseases in HIV/AIDS patients in Yandu district of Yancheng City from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and the AIDS Prevention and Control Basic Information System by 2017,and epidemiological analysis was conducted.Results A total of 25 cases(13.66%)of 4 other infectious diseases were reported in 183 cases of HIV/AIDS.Included 17 cases of syphilis(1 case,11 cases,1 case and 4 cases were found of stageⅠ,stageⅡ,stageⅢand latent syphilis respectively),4 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis(2 cases in each of smear negative and smear positivetuberculosis),1 case of hepatitis C and 3 csaes of condyloma acuminatum.All the reported pulmonary tuberculosis patients were AIDS patients.Conclusion It is higher proportion toconcurrent infect other infectious diseases among the HIV/AIDS patients in Yandu district.We should pay high attention todiscovery early and standardized diagnosis and treatment of co-infection of HIV with Tuberculosis and HCV,and strengthen the comprehensive intervention of AIDS.
