基于文献共被引方法的专利价值研究热点与前沿分析

摘　　要：对国内外专利价值研究的热点与前沿分析,有助于了解目前专利价值研究的最新进展及发展趋势。文章以Web of Science核心数据集为分析样本的数据来源,借助CiteSpace可视化分析工具,采用文献计量及文献共被引分析专利价值研究的发文年、区域分布、研究机构、研究热点及前沿等。通过分析得出,目前专利价值研究正处于快速成长期,美国、中国、德国和意大利是主要的发文国家,专利价值研究前沿集中在专利引用研究、专利制度研究、高校技术转移研究、技术创新研究、知识溢出研究等5个方面。The analysis of the hotspots and frontiers of patent value research at home and abroad is helpful to understand the latest progress and the trends of the patent value research.Based on the database of Web of Science Core Collection,this paper uses CiteSpace to analyze the publishing years,regional distribution,the essential institutions and authors,the research hotspots and frontiers by means of bibliometric analysis and co-citation analysis in the subject of patent value research.The study shows that the amounts of the papers is increasing year by year.The main publishing countries include the United States,China,Germany and Italy and so on.The frontiers of patent value research focus on five aspects:patent citation research,patent system research,technology transfer research in universities,technology innovation research,and knowledge spillover research.
