摘 要:为了研究大体积海工混凝土在浇筑后固结前的温升与裂缝问题,以大连某船厂船坞改造工程为背景,采用试验室试验和温控监测的方法,对大体积海工混凝土的配合比、施工、养护、监测等方面进行了研究。研究结果表明:“双掺”超过45%时,粉煤灰和矿粉的优势互补特性充分发挥,混凝土的各项性能明显高于“单掺”,大幅度的降低混凝土温升值;跳仓法和通水冷却在施工和养护中能有效的防止温升裂缝的产生;监测手段能够实现养护过程的动态调整。经试验分析:试配的40%+20%粉煤灰和矿粉优于其他组的配合比,施工方案和养护方法合理,揭开覆盖物未见裂缝。In order to study the temperature rise and cracking problem of large volume marine concrete before its consolidation,based on the reconstruction project of a shipyard in Dalian,it studies the mix ratio,construction,maintenance and monitoring of large volume marine concrete by means of laboratory test and temperature control monitoring.The results show that the complementary characteristics of fly ash and mineral powder are fully played when the“double admixture”is over 45%,and the performance of concrete is obviously higher than that of“single admixture”,and the temperature appreciation of concrete is greatly reduced.The method of hopping and water cooling can effectively prevent the occurrence of temperature rise cracks in construction and maintenance.Monitoring means can realize dynamic adjustment of maintenance process.The test and analysis showed that the 40%+20%fly ash and mineral powder were better than others in the mix proportion,and the construction plan and maintenance method were reasonable,and no cracks were found on the covering.
