摘  要:本文较系统的研究了中国生活供水系统的现状和现实中所使用的供水方法。设计了一款实验室教学专用的可编程逻辑控制器PLC作为核心部件,通过变频实现调速达到恒压供水的控制系统,系统采用了变频循环方式运行。控制系统由可编程逻辑控制器PLC、变频器、水压力变送器、电机组。变频器实现三相交流电机的软启动和电化转速的控制,从而影响水泵出水口的压力导致流量变化。整个系统最终实现闭环的、自动的、恒压的、变频的供水功能。This paper systematically studies the current status of China’s domestic water supply system and the water supply method used in reality. A programmable logic controller PLC dedicated to laboratory teaching was designed as the core component, and the control system of constant pressure water supply was realized by frequency conversion. The system was operated by frequency conversion cycle. The control system consists of programmable logic controller PLC, frequency converter, water pressure transmitter and motor group. The frequency converter realizes the soft start of the three-phase AC motor and the control of the electrification speed, thereby affecting the flow rate change caused by the pressure of the water outlet of the water pump. The whole system finally realizes closed-loop, automatic, constant-voltage, variable-frequency water supply.
