摘　　要：[目的]核算江苏省2010-2017年卫生总费用,分析其变化情况,为相关政府部门的卫生政策制定、调整、评价提供参考。[方法]采用筹资来源法核算卫生费用,并采用时间序列指标研究江苏省卫生总费用变动情况。[结果]江苏省卫生筹资总额从2010年1232.30亿元增长到2017年3691.21亿元,占GDP的比重从2.97%增长到4.30%;政府卫生支出、社会卫生支出、个人现金支出占卫生总费用的比重从2010年的23.85%、43.27%、32.88%调整到2017年的21.91%、53.64%、24.46%。[结论]江苏省卫生筹资水平与国民经济发展之间缺乏协调性和可持续性,政府卫生投入需要加大,筹资结构有待改善。Objective Through calculating the total health expenditure in Jiangsu Province from 2010 to 2017 and analyzing the changes so as to provide reference for the formulation,adjustment and evaluation of health policies by relevant government departments.Methods The financing source method was used to calculate the health expenses,and the time series indicators were used to study the changes in the total health expenditure in Jiangsu Province.Results The total amount of health financing in Jiangsu Province increased from 123.23 billion yuan in 2010 to 369.121 billion yuan in 2017,and the proportion of GDP increased from 2.97%to 4.30%.The proportion of government health expenditure,social health expenditure,and individual expenditure on health to total health expenditure were from 23.85%,43.27%,32.88%to 21.91%,53.64%,24.46%.Conclusions There is a lack of coordination and sustainability between the level of health financing in Jiangsu Province and the development of the national economy.Government health investment needs to be increased and the funding structure needs to be improved.
