摘 要:分析了铌微合金化HRB400E钢筋产生无屈服现象的原因,主要是成分设计不合理、开轧温度高、终轧温度高、冷床冷却速率不合理、小规格轧后冷速高等,并提出了多项改进措施,如实施成分优化、降低开轧温度、控制终轧温度、改善冷床冷却速率、控制小规格钢筋冷速等。措施实施后,柳钢铌微合金化钢筋无屈服平台现象得到明显控制。This paper analyzes the causes of non-yielding phenomenon on Nb microalloyed HRB400E reinforcing bar,the main reasons are unreasonable composition design,high start rolling temperature,high finishing rolling temperature,unreasonable cooling rate of cold bed,high cooling speed after rolling of small size reinforcing bar.Several improvement measures are put forward,such as optimizing the composition,reducing the start rolling temperature,controlling the finishing rolling temperature,improving the cooling rate of cold bed and controlling the cooling rate of small-sized steel bars.The non-yielding plateau phenomenon of Nb microalloyed steel bars has been obviously controlled after the implementation of these measures.
