供食品级马口铁用冷轧基板质量的改进

摘  要:在投产初期,镀锡基板表面存在粘钢纹、太阳线、色差、斑迹、擦伤等缺陷,同时物理性能方面存在屈服现象,导致产品质量不稳定,对马口铁的生产造成不良影响。通过对现场数据的跟踪、收集、分析、对比,同时查阅大量技术文献,并且根据现场实际运行情况,找到其原因所在,并采取了相应的改进措施,有效改善了马口铁基板的整体质量,满足了食品级马口铁质量的要求,为保证后续镀锡机组的成品品质奠定了坚实的质量基础。At the beginning of the production,the surface of tinplate has some defects such as the sticking grain,slip line,color difference,spot and scrapes and there are the yield phenomena in physical properties,and the product quality is not stable,which has a bad effect on the production of tinplate.Based on the field data of tracking,collection,analysis,contrast,researching a lot of technical literature,and according to the actual operation situation of the site,the reasons are found out and the corresponding measures are taken,effectively improving the overall quality of the tinplate,meeting the quality requirements of food grade tinplate,and establishing a solid foundation for ensuring the finished product quality of subsequent tin plating unit.
