摘　　要：介绍了630E矿用电动轮自卸卡车在运行过程中经常出现气压低加不起速、气压低不换向、气压低常高怠、林肯泵长时间工作气压过低的故障现象,从气路系统结构和控制原理进行分析,找到导致气压低的原因并且提出气路诊断与排除的方法,归纳总结了今后遇到该类故障的诊断检查步骤,为保证630E卡车的出动率奠定了坚实的基础。This paper mainly introduces the phenomenon that the 630E mining electric wheel dump truck often has no increase speed,low pressure does not reverse,low pressure often high idle,Lincoln pump long time working pressure is too low fault,From the structure and control principle of the pneumatic system,the paper finally finds the cause of the low air pressure and proposes the method of diagnosis and elimination of the gas path.It summarizes the diagnostic inspection steps for such faults in the future,to ensure the 630E truck has laid a solid foundation.
