摘　　要：L1150前装机夏季频繁出现液压油高温报警故障,通过分析原车液压冷却系统以及新增辅助油冷系统的工作原理,比较辅助油冷系统安装前后设备的使用情况,安装辅助油冷系统使液压系统高温得到有效改善,设备效率明显提升,为相关设备维修人员的日常故障检修提供借鉴。This paper starts with frequent alarm of hydraulic oil high temperature of L1150 frontloader,through the analysis of the original car hydraulic cooling system and the new auxiliary oil cooling system working principle,comparing the use of equipment before and after the installation of auxiliary oil cooling system,the installation of auxiliary oil cooling system can effectively improve the high temperature of the hydraulic system and significantly improve the equipment efficiency,It also provides reference for the daily troubleshooting of relevant equipment maintenance personnel.
