银杏酮酯分散片治疗冠心病合并高血压的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨银杏酮酯分散片对冠心病合并高血压患者的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月~12月于我院就诊的100例冠心病合并高血压患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例,对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片+厄贝沙坦联合复方丹参片治疗,研究组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平片+厄贝沙坦联合银杏酮酯分散片治疗,比较两组治疗前、治疗8周、3个月、6个月后的血压水平及临床疗效。结果治疗8周后,两组血压均较治疗前改善,且研究组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月及6个月后,研究组血压水平持续稳定,对照组血压水平呈升高趋势,研究组血压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(92.00%vs 74.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯分散片治疗冠心病合并高血压具有理想的临床疗效,可有效改善患者血压水平,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablets in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,50 cases each.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate+Irbesartan combined with compound Danshen tablets,the study group was treated with amlodipine besylate+irbesartan combined with ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablets,comparing the two groups before treatment,treatment for 8 weeks,3 months,6 months After the blood pressure level and clinical efficacy.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the improvement of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months and 6 months of treatment,the blood pressure level of the study group remained stable.The blood pressure level of the control group showed an increasing trend.The blood pressure level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(92.00%vs 74.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo ketone ester dispersible tablets have an ideal clinical effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension,which can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients,and it's the worthy of clinical application.
