分级护理管理模式联合心理干预在肝胆外科护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析分级护理管理模式联合心理干预在肝胆外科护理中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月~2019年5月在天津市第三中心医院肝胆外科接诊的患者96例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用分级护理管理模式和心理干预,比较两组护理质量、心理健康状况及护理满意度。结果观察组护理质量[直接评分(96.21±2.89)分、护理操作评分(96.58±3.98)分、查房评分(95.26±4.16)分、护理记录评分(97.01±2.11)分]高于对照组的(90.04±2.22)分、(90.15±2.31)分、(90.0±4.32)分、(91.0±3.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心理健康状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝胆外科护理中应用分级护理管理模式和心理干预,可改善患者心理健康状态,提高护理质量和护理满意度,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of grading nursing management mode combined with psychological intervention in hepatobiliary surgery.Methods 96 patients who underwent hepatobiliary surgery from the Third Central Hospital of Tianjin from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,48 cases each.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group combined the graded nursing management model and psychological intervention on the basis of the control group to compare the nursing quality,mental health status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results The quality of nursing in the observation group direct score(96.21±2.89),nursing operation score(96.58±3.98),ward round(95.26±4.16),and nursing record score(97.01±2.11)were higher than those of the control group(90.04±2.22)points,(90.15±2.31)points,(90.0±4.32)points,(91.0±3.28)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the mental health status of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than that of the control group 81.25%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of graded nursing management mode and psychological intervention in hepatobiliary surgery can improve patients'mental health status,improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,and has important clinical application value.
