大学生手机依赖与孤独感的关系:社会支持的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨大学生手机依赖与孤独感、社会支持之间的关系。方法:采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表(MPATS)、孤独感量表(UCLA)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对1 988名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:大学生手机依赖在性别、年级和恋爱状况方面的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01),生源地和是否为独生子女在手机依赖总分及其4个维度上的得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);高孤独感水平的大学生在手机依赖总分及其4个维度得分均高于低孤独感水平的大学生(P<0.01);大学生手机依赖与孤独感呈正相关(P<0.01),与社会支持总分及其他支持因子呈负相关(P<0.01);结构方程模型结果显示,社会支持在大学生手机依赖与孤独感之间起部分中介作用(P<0.01)。结论:孤独感是导致手机依赖的危险因素,良好的社会支持可以有助于降低大学生孤独感水平,从而降低手机依赖程度,社会和家庭应该给予大学生群体更多的支持和帮助。Objective:To explore the relationship of mobile phone addiction and loneliness,social support in college students.Methods:A total of 1 988 college students were investigated using the Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale(MPATS),Loneliness Scale,University of California at Los Angeles(UCLA)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results:The differences of the mobile phone addiction of college students among different gender,grade and love status were statistically significant(P<0.05 to P<0.01).The differences of the total score of mobile phone addiction and other four factor scores among different origin places and whether an only-child or not were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The total score of mobile phone addiction and other four factor scores in high-level loneliness college students were higher than those in low-level loneliness college students(P<0.01).The mobile phone addiction in college students was positively correlated with loneness,and negatively correlated with social supportand other support factors(P<0.01).The results of structural equation model showed that the social support played partial mediating effect on the relationship between mobile phone addiction and loneliness in college students(P<0.01).Conclusions:Loneliness is a risk factor leading to mobile phone addiction.Good social support can help reduce the level of loneliness of college students,and degree of mobile phone addiction.The society and family should give more support and help for college students.
