摘　　要：针对某高速柴油发电机组增压器叶片损坏情况,通过拆检分析,由于增压器固定排气涡壳卡箍松动造成,后续制定增压器更换方案,更换后柴油发电机组试验运转正常,各种参数符合技术要求.Aiming at the damage of turbocharger blade of a high-speed diesel generating unit,through disassembly and analysis,due to the loosening of clamp of turbocharger fixed exhaust volute case,the replacement scheme of turbocharger was formulated subsequently.After replacement,the diesel generating unit operated normally,and all kinds of parameters met the technical requirements.
