终身教育体系下在职研究生培养模式构建研究——以南京邮电大学“2+2+4”模式为例

摘　　要：研究生教育与产业发展紧密联系,对提高我国的综合国力具有重要作用,在我国高等教育中占有重要的地位,是教育的最高层次。社会在职人员中对研究生教育的需求集中体现了我国教育的主要矛盾即教育供给方式和教育需求之间的矛盾,亟待建立在终身教育体系下的在职研究生培养新模式。南京邮电大学依托电子信息科学与工程“一流学科”群,通过“双基地”加“双导师”的格局,结合“学科+企业+导师+研究生”四位一体的产学研有机融合,总结出“2+2+4”在职研究生培养新模式,对社会在职人员的终身教育实践改革创新具有一定的引领示范作用及现实指导意义。Postgraduate education is closely linked with industrial development,plays an important role in improving China’s overall national strength,occupies an important position in China’s higher education,and is the highest level of education.The demand for postgraduate education among the social working personnel reflects the main contradiction of education in our country,that is,the contradiction between the mode of education supply and the demand for education.It is urgent to establish a new mode of on-the-job postgraduate training under the lifelong education system.Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications,as a university selected for the“first-class discipline”construction,relies on the discipline group of electronic information science and engineering,and through the pattern of“double places”and“double tutors”,and combines the organic integration of production,teaching and research of“disciplines+enterprises+tutors+postgraduates”into a“2+2+4”new mode of on-the-job postgraduate training,which has certain guiding and exemplary functions and practical guiding significance for the reform and innovation of on-the-job personnel’s lifelong education practice.
