摘　　要：抽动障碍是发生于儿童及青少年时期较为常见的神经精神疾病。近年来该病患病率增加,社会认知度低,误诊率高,特别在疾病的早期诊断,病情评估与检测,治疗方案的执行,患者依从性及健康教育等方面,缺乏有效管理。将中医五行与临床实践、健康管理相结合,构建该病的中医五行健康管理方案,融五行体质、五行病机、五行证治、五行养护为一体,使该病的健康管理从信息采集、诊疗准则建立及健康教育等方面有了系统而行之有效的思想指导和管理原则,突显中医防治优势。Tic disorders is a common neuropsychiatric disorder in children and teenagers.The prevalence of the disease has increased in recent years.The social awareness of the disease is low.The rate of misdiagnosis of the disease is high.The disease is lack of effective management,especially in early diagnosis,evaluation,treatment,patient compliance and health management.Five-elements with clinical practice and health management are combined to construct the health management of five-elements of traditional Chinese Medicine for Tic Disorders,which can make the information collection of disease,the establishment of diagnosis and treatment standards,and the principles of management and management in the aspects of health education and so on.
