摘 要:药食两用的彝药阿棘富含酚苷、鞣质、多糖、红色素等成分,尤其是阿棘果及其中的联苯苷与二苯基呋喃苷类成分为酪氨酸酶抑制活性成分,具有美白作用,可开发为美白的食品与化妆品,因此,近年来彝药阿棘受到了越来越广泛的关注。本文综述了彝药阿棘的化学成分及其在医药、食品等方面的应用,并对其开发前景进行了展望。More and more attentions were paid to the edible and medicinal A Ji medicine of Yi nationality in China in recent years,for they are rich in phenol,phenolic glycosides,tannins,polysaccharides,polyenes and anthocyanidins,ect.,especially,the biphenyl glycosides and dibenzofuran glycosides were revealed to be the whitening constituents with the tyrosinase-inhibitory activity.The chemical constituents and utilizations in drug and food fields of the A Ji medicine of Yi nationality in China were summarized,and then their developing prospects were presented.
