范氏义庄“敬宗收族”意义再阐释

摘　　要：范氏义庄是范仲淹为保族聚不坠而创建的宗族经济组织。范仲淹以“敬宗”为目标,以恤宗的方式团结、教育族人,融支系领导于宗族再造;再借由义庄“文正位—掌管人—诸房(位)”三级科层管理的设置,把范氏一族由生活化的分散族群聚拢成一个组织化教养咸备的宗族集体,达“收族”之效果。范氏义庄以经济手段践行“敬宗收族”的模式影响深远,不仅为士大夫们所效仿,以重建宗族体系,更在此后突破宗族界限,成为基层救济和治理的手段之一。由此义庄也成为以经济的手段践行儒家修齐治平理想的途径之一。Fanshi Yizhuan is a clan economic organization created by Fan Zhongyan for clan cohesion and not degenerate.Fan Zhongyan took“Jing Zong”as the goal,united and educated the people of the clan in the form of compassion,and integrating branch leaders into the process of clan rebuilding.Then,With the establishment of the three-level management of“Wenzheng position-Manager-Zhufang(position)”in Yizhuang,the scattered ethnic groups of the Fan clan are gathered together into an organized and educated clan group,achieving the purpose of“Shou Zu”.Fanshi Yizhuan has a farreaching influence on the model of“Jing Zong Shou Zu”by economic means.Not only did the scholarbureaucrats follow Yizhuang’s example to establish the clan system,but they also broke through the clan’s boundaries,becoming one of the means of grassroots relief and governance.Therefore,Yizhuang had become one of the ways to practice the Confucian ideal of Xiu Qi Zhi Ping by economic means.
