Objective To explore the clinical effect of 3D contrast enhanced imaging(3D CE-MRA)in head and neck vessels. Methods From March 2017 to May 2019,112 patients who underwent head and neck angiography in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent 3D CE-MRA examination. The results of the patient's disease examination were observed and summarized, and the image quality was analyzed. Results Of the 112 patients,36 cases were negative, accounting for 32.14%.The proportion of arterial distortion was 28.57%.There were 20 cases of carotid artery stenosis. It was 17.86%,20 cases of intracranial aneurysm,17.86%,4 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformation,3.57%.Among 112 patients,88 cases had excellent image quality,22 cases were good,2 cases were poor, the excellent and good rate was 98.21%.Conclusion 3D CE-MRA has the advantages of noninvasive, safe and convenient examination of head and neck blood vessels, and it will hardly cause any injury to patients. The clinical application value is very high, and it is worth further popularizing and applying.
