摘  要:目的:探索小叶型乳腺癌PET-CT成像与Ki-67表达的关系。方法:以2016年6月—2018年12月期间36例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者为研究对象。所有患者均行PET-CT成像。以免疫组织化学法计算肿瘤组织中Ki-67表达,依据其表达分为(-)、(+)、(++)、(+++)四组。结果:各组随着Ki-67表达递增,其镜下表现为组织细胞核内的黄色及褐色表达增多。PET-CT成像显示除CT值外,其余指标(最大截面积,体积,SUVmax,SUVmean)均存在显著差异。随后的结果发现Ki-67仅与SUVmax SUVmean存在显著正性相关。结论:PET-CT的FDG摄取最大值和平均值可作为评测肿瘤指标的可靠指标。Objective To explore the relationship between PET-CT imaging and Ki-67 expression in lobular breast cancer.Methods 36 patients with lobular breast cancer were enrolled in the study from June 2016 to December 2018 and all patients underwent PET-CT imaging.According to the expression of Ki-67,the breast cancer was divided into four subtypes:(-),(+),(++)and(+++).Results With the increasing expression of Ki-67 in each group,the microscopic expression of yellow and brown in the nucleus of the tissue was increased.PET-CT imaging showed significant differences between the indicators(maximum cross-sectional area,volume,SUVmax,SUVmean).Subsequent correlation results showed that Ki-67 was only significantly positively correlated with SUVmax SUVmean.Conclusion The maximum and average FDG uptake of PET-CT can be used as a reliable indicator for evaluating tumor markers.
