住院患者静脉留置针输液相关性感染发生率与危险因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查我院住院患者静脉留置针输液相关性感染发生率,明确其危险因素。方法选择2018年1—12月我院静脉留置针输液治疗的住院患者100例,查阅资料,自制静脉留置针输液治疗住院患者调查表,调查其相关性感染发生情况,将相关因素纳入多因素logistic回归分析模型,确定住院患者静脉留置针输液相关性感染独立危险因素。结果患者年龄≤14岁或≥50岁、认知不足、输液室布局、输液室通风不畅、长期输液、抗菌药应用不当、护理人员职称级别、输液培训不足属于住院患者静脉留置针输液相关性感染的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论针对发生静脉留置针输液相关性感染的危险因素,分析其形成原因,在实际工作中加以防范,杜绝或降低发生率。Objective To investigate the incidence of intravenous indwelling needle-related infections in hospitalized patients in our hospital,and to identify the risk factors.Methods We selected 100 cases of inpatients treated with intravenous indwelling needle infusion from January to December in 2018.The incidence situation of related infection were investigated by consulting data and self-made questionnaire of patients with intravenous indwelling needle infusion,and the relevant factors were included in multiple logistic regression analysis to determine independent risk factors for infusion of venous indwelling needle-related infections in hospitalized patients.Results Patients aged≤14 years or≥50 years old,lack of cognition,layout of infusion room,poor ventilation of infusion room,long-term infusion,improper application of antibacterial drugs,title level of nursing staff,and inadequate infusion training,which belonged to Independent risk factors of related infections in hospitalized patients with intravenous indwelling needle infusion(P<0.05).Conclusion Against the risk factors of infection related to intravenous indwelling needle infusion,we should analyze the causes of the formation and prevent it in actual works to eradicate and reduce the incidence rate of intravenous indwelling needle-related infections.
